What if my college does not accept this internship?

We understand that every college or university has its own internship policies. Usually, one of the following situations applies to you:

1) You have not enrolled yet

If your college requires prior approval, we recommend discussing this internship with your Training & Placement Cell (TPO), Internship Coordinator, or Faculty Mentor before making the payment.

You may also show them our internship details and the Worldwide Interns Network section on the previous page, where students from various colleges and universities have successfully completed this internship and received their certificates.

2) You have already enrolled, but your college later declined the internship

If your college does not approve the internship before you receive your Welcome Email and access to the Internship Task Portal, you may contact our support team to request a refund.

To process your request, you may be asked to provide reasonable proof that your college has declined the internship.

3) You are joining for your own learning or career growth

Many students join this internship to build practical skills, strengthen their resume, gain project experience, or earn an internship certificate, regardless of whether it is required by their college.

Even if your college does not accept the internship, you are welcome to continue the program and make full use of its learning resources and benefits.

What happens after my enrollment fee is confirmed?

After submitting your fee, here’s what happens next:

  1. Offer Letter: We verify your details and create an offer letter, which we’ll send to your registered email by the end of the day or the following morning (for late-night submissions). Since this is a manual process, please allow some time for this step.

  2. Welcome Email: On your program start day, you’ll receive a welcome email with your login credentials and detailed instructions to get started.

We appreciate your patience as we prepare these materials to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Feel free to ask your doubts 24×7 and the next available agent will reply you soon.
