Internships

At Business Web Solutions, our projects are ongoing and continuously expanding. Instead of relying only on external hiring, we train and evaluate individuals through structured internships, where they work on real tasks and follow actual development workflows. This helps us identify serious, capable candidates and maintain consistent quality across our projects.

This is also why internships remain available. As new projects come in, we continuously need trained individuals who understand our systems, tools, and expectations. The training component is mandatory because most applicants, even after courses or college, are not ready for real project environments. We focus on bridging that gap — ensuring that participants can actually contribute, not just understand theory.

We create a structured pool of candidates based on performance, consistency, deadlines, and overall evaluation during the internship. Based on this internal ranking, eligible candidates are assigned real client projects as they become available. Selected candidates may receive stipends for real client work, while the training phase and learning modules are focused on skill development and do not include stipends.
