Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and set up company profiles/pages on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Develop a social media strategy and content calendar aligned with our brand identity, objectives, and target audience.
- Curate and create engaging and visually appealing content, including text posts, images, GIFs, graphics, videos, etc., using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Regularly post updates, announcements, promotions, and relevant industry news on all social media channels to maintain an active and engaging presence.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and potential clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to ensure maximum visibility and effectiveness of our social media efforts.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visual content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social media copy.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
