Besides our primary business of delivering technology services to clients, we also run a structured internship program aimed at helping students and early-career learners gain practical exposure. This initiative is designed as a complementary extension of our work environment, allowing participants to understand how real-world tasks and workflows operate.

Participants work on guided assignments and project-based tasks that reflect actual industry scenarios. The program follows a structured, module-based approach where the complexity of tasks increases gradually, enabling learners to build practical understanding, consistency, and confidence over time.

By the end of the internship, participants complete multiple assignments and projects, forming a portfolio that reflects their capabilities. Based on performance and project requirements, selected interns may also get opportunities to collaborate with our team on future assignments or ongoing work.

1) How do I enroll in the program?

Fill out the enrollment form above with your basic details (name, email, phone, student/working status, college/company, branch/role, year/experience, and referral source). After review, you’ll receive your offer letter on the same day.

2) What happens after enrollment?

You will receive two Emails:

Acknowledgement Email: Sent the same day (or next morning if late-night submission).
Welcome Email: On your program start date (around 10:00 AM EST), you’ll get login credentials and instructions.

3) What are the requirements to join?

You need a laptop/desktop with decent internet.

The program is conducted in English.
No specific qualification is required — open worldwide to all students and professionals.

4) How is the training delivered?

All sessions are recorded for flexibility. This allows you to learn at your own pace and revisit modules anytime.

(We earlier conducted live classes, but due to irregular attendance and requests for recordings, we shifted fully to recorded format.)

5) Will I get support if I get stuck in coding?

Yes. Our AI assistant “Andie” (24×7) is integrated into every module to help with coding issues, debugging, and project guidance. Mentors are also available for additional support when required.

6) How does the training-cum-internship program work?

The program is divided into 15+ modules.

Each module includes tasks and a project.
Projects increase in complexity as you progress.
Training is self-paced, with internships running alongside projects.

This ensures you learn, practice, and apply concepts step by step

7) What kind of projects will I get?

You’ll work on 20+ projects (minor, major, and practice) covering real-world scenarios.
Projects are evaluated by our USA team, and top performers may get priority for paid/live projects based on availability.

8) What are the timings and mode of work?

The opportunity is completely flexible and remote.
You can complete modules anytime according to your schedule, making it suitable for both students and working professionals.

9) How long will I have access to the training materials?

You’ll have lifetime access to all training content and resources (unless new policy changes are announced).

10) Will I get a certificate?

Yes. A digital certificate is auto-scheduled and sent to your registered email on your program completion date.
(Allow 24–48 hrs extra during weekends/holidays.)

11) Who gets a Letter of Recommendation (LOR)?

An LOR is awarded to exceptional performers based on parameters set by our USA team.
In special cases (e.g., for higher studies/job abroad), you can request one directly from HR.

12) What about stipend opportunities?

Training modules do not include a stipend.

Interns who demonstrate strong performance and consistency may be assigned live client projects or paid tasks, subject to availability.

Compensation, if applicable, is performance-based and project-dependent, and may range approximately from $100–$200 for select paid tasks, subject to evaluation and availability.

All stipend decisions are governed by internal evaluation criteria and BWS program policies.

13) Do you provide placement assistance?

Yes. We hire from our own trained interns when positions open, and also connect you with jobs from our clients/partners.
Top-performing interns are tracked for future hiring and may be invited for interviews.
After program completion, you’ll also gain access to our “Jobs from Partners” section.

14) Do you have a referral program?

Yes. While not mandatory, you’re free to refer friends or peers who could benefit from this program.
