About This Opportunity

In addition to our core services, we offer an applied IoT & Embedded Systems Internship focused on building real-world hardware and sensor-based systems. This program helps learners understand how devices interact, communicate, and automate tasks.
Participants work on structured assignments involving microcontrollers, sensors, and IoT communication technologies. The program follows a gradual learning approach, enabling learners to build both hardware and software integration skills.
By the end of the internship, participants complete multiple IoT-based projects such as automation and monitoring systems. High-performing interns may also get opportunities to work on advanced or collaborative projects.

An LOR is awarded to exceptional performers based on parameters set by our USA team.
In special cases (e.g., for higher studies/job abroad), you can request one directly from HR.
Training modules do not include a stipend.
Interns who demonstrate strong performance and consistency may be assigned live client projects or paid tasks, subject to availability.
Compensation, if applicable, is performance-based and project-dependent, and may range approximately from $100–$200 for select paid tasks, subject to evaluation and availability.
All stipend decisions are governed by internal evaluation criteria and BWS program policies.
Yes. We hire from our own trained interns when positions open, and also connect you with jobs from our clients/partners.
Top-performing interns are tracked for future hiring and may be invited for interviews.
